NO DATA IS EVER STORED ELECTRONICALLY – ALL WRITTEN DATA IS KEPT IN A SECURE PRIVATE SAFE PLACE WHERE THERE IS NO ACCESS BY THIRD PARTIES.

I DO NOT USE ANY DATA FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSES THAN CLIENT CONSULTATION.

Industry regulatory disclosure requirements?
ALL CLIENTS ARE TREATED IN STRICT CONFIDENCE - DISCLOSURE WILL HAPPEN, FOR EXAMPLE, IN THE EVENT OF THE CONFESSION OF A SERIOUS CRIME SUCH AS MURDER OR AN ACT OF TERRORISM.

BOOKINGS
Upon Booking your Hypnosis & Mind Coaching Sessions, please note all Terms & Conditions must be adhered too.
Hypnotherapy and other forms of mind therapy are not recommended for anybody experiencing certain mental disorders or psychiatric conditions. Therefore AMC THERAPIES Hypnosis & Mind Coaching has the right to refuse therapy if we feel it will be detrimental to your overall well being. In rare situations like these, AMC THERAPIES will recommend perspective client’s to seek advice from their GP or Medical Consultant.
PAYMENT
Full payment is to be taken prior to therapy commencing.
We can accept cancellation up to 48 hours notice. Outside of these time remits, no refund will be issued.
PROGRAMS
Where participating in any program, full payment must be received in advance for the complete program, should you wish to end therapy before the program has finalised, no refund will be given.
CANCELLATIONS
On the rare occasion, I have to cancel or running late, full notice will be given.
At each appointment, ensure your mobile phone device is on Airplane Mode so we are not disturbed.
I hold no guarantee that the Hypnosis & Mind Coaching sessions will be 100% successful, much the same as orthodox medicine and NHS preferred therapy.

Results will be determined on the amount of willingness and committment from the Client.
